Hotel Microtel Inn & Suites Leesburg (Leesburg, USA)

Guests say that the Microtel Inn and Suites by Wyndham Leesburg - Mt Dora is in a good location close to several restaurants. The Ruby Tuesday and Outback Steakhouse are within walking distances of the hotel and guests said that they found the food delicious.

Guests appreciated that the Check-in and Check-out procedures are handled smoothly. They said that the Wi-Fi speed was good and they were able to print their boarding passes at the hotel.

Several guests felt that the hotel has a family atmosphere and reasonable prices, so guests want to re-visit it again. Rooms are clean and organized and guests said that housekeeping staff goes above and beyond with their excellent service.

Many guests noticed bugs around the hotel and in the rooms. Cockroaches were crawling up the wall and small bugs were crawling on the iPad of guests when they awoke in the morning. The beds had bugs as well leaving several guests with bites on their arms and legs.

Guests said they found the pool of the hotel small, and since it was not cleaned, they could see leaves and dead bloated frogs floating on the water. Guests said that it appeared to them that the pool had not been cleaned in weeks. Guests did not like that the breakfast served no hot food and neither had much to choose from.

The air conditioning units in the rooms were functioning poorly and did not cool the rooms sufficiently. Guests said in some rooms the unit stopped working completely. Also the carpet was wet from the dripping equipment and left a musty smell in the rooms. Some guests had issues with the bathroom tubs which dripped water constantly.
