Hotel Microtel Inn & Suites Cheyenne (Cheyenne, USA)

Guests staying at the Microtel Inn & Suites By Wyndham Cheyenne say that the hotel is in a great location, close to the city center. It is also surrounded by many dining options and tourist places. Guests found it convenient that the CFD shuttle was also within walking distance.

Guests said that they would like to applaud the management for the excellent choice and training of front desk, breakfast and room staff. They said that the staff members have been delightfully helpful and friendly and handle even the most hostile guests with grace and compassion.

Several guests remarked that the rooms were clean and well maintained. They found the beds comfortable and appreciated that supplies like towels were ample.

Some of the guests commented that the hotel was truly bare-bones. The rooms were poorly furnished. The elevator which had to run and service only three floors was still very slow. Plug-in outlets for mobile devices were limited.

There were no hooks for clothes in the bathrooms or a stopper for the bathroom sink. The light and ceiling fan in the bathroom also did not work. There was no counter space for toiletries. Guests said that they felt that the bathrooms looked more like they belonged in a hospital.

Guests found the rooms very cramped. Even the breakfast room was small and guests felt it needed to be larger or the overflow room should have at least been more pleasant. There were facilities of only a few folding chairs and folding tables to handle the overflow of guests. Guests did not appreciate the breakfast served by the hotel as well, and many days all they served was coffee.
