Guests couldn’t seem to say enough good things about the staff. While they wee praised for being welcoming and friendly, guests seemed to most appreciate the way they dealt with any issues that arose – with professionalism and good humor.

By far the majority of guests commenting on bed comfort mentioned that they found them to be very comfortable. It seems that the hotel may have selected a mattress with truly broad appeal.

One of the first things guests tended to say in their reviews was that their rooms were spotlessly clean when they checked in. They generally gave the housekeeping staff high marks all round.

An extraordinary number of guests complained about noisy neighbors. They felt that insufficient efforts had been made to soundproof the rooms, making the quality of their sleep very dependent on the good manners of their immediate neighbors.

While the hotel is very close to the highway exit, guests describe it as being behind another building and not visible from the road. Some missed the signs, and relying on their GPS were sent on a bit of a wild goose chase.

A number of guests mentioned having maintenance issues with their rooms. A common one was that the TV did not work as it should, but there were plenty of other problems as well. It gave guests the impression that management were not taking care of the details.
