Positive Reviews
positive:
Great location off I-95
Guests really liked being so close to the interstate. Going on the reviews, it seems many guests were through travelers on road trips. They found the location exceptionally convenient since it was just yards from the highway exit, making it easy to find initially and great for when they got moving again the next day.
positive:
Very comfy beds
Quite a number of guests mentioned that the beds they had were exceptionally comfortable. Taking into account the lack of complaints, it seems reasonable to conclude that the hotel has managed to select a mattress with truly broad appeal.
positive:
Great TV’s
Guests had a lot of good things to say about the TV’s. They seemed to like the placement, saying it made for very comfy viewing, as well as the great selection of channels available.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Spotty Wi-Fi
Unusually for a Microtel property, there were quite a number of complaints about this hotel’s Wi-Fi system. Some guests found it unreliable, sometimes being able to get a connection and other times not, while others reported they could not get a connection at all in their room, but could in the lobby.
negative:
Very poor breakfast
Guests really did not think very highly of the complimentary continental breakfast offered. They felt that it did not have much variety on offer, and was especially weak when it came to offering guests protein sources in addition to all the carbs in the bread, cereals and muffins.
negative:
Some areas a bit run down
Many guests mentioned that some parts of the hotel look very run down. They also mention that renovations are taking place, but that these seem to be progressing very slowly. They felt that the unrenovated areas let the hotel down and would make them think twice before returning.
