Very convenient location
This was perhaps what guests most enjoyed about their stay. They said that the hotel’s location, right off the interstate, made it easy to find initially and also convenient for when they were traveling to and fro during their stay.

Going by the reviews, it seems these two amenities were guest’s favorites. To many they made their room feel more like home, since they could keep drinks nice and cold and also heat up a quick snack when the mood struck. It was all very agreeable.

Pool and hot tub out of order
While this only affected guests staying during a particular period, many were upset they were not notified about the pool and hot tub being out of order. Some had clearly been looking forward to using them during their stay and would have booked elsewhere had they known they were out of order.

Multiple cleanliness issues
The majority of guests were clearly unhappy with the cleanliness of their room. There were many different complaints, with dirty and unwashed sheets being a particularly common one. But whatever the particular complaint, they did not feel comfortable occupying the room in the state it was in.

Not enough parking
Guests mentioned that there was simply not enough onsite parking at the hotel. When the hotel was full, or even just busy, guests mentioned not being able to find a spot. Also mentioned was that if they tried to park in a neighboring lot they would likely be towed.
