While the hotel calls it a simple continental breakfast, the guests begged to differ. They said that it was far better than that term typically implied. They were clearly satisfied that enough variety was on offer and that the food was very well prepared and presented.

Quite a number of guests mentioned that they found the beds to be very comfortable. Considering the fact that there were extremely few complaints, it seems that the hotel may have achieved the very difficult task of selecting a mattress with truly broad appeal.

Guests really appreciated having these two available, since it meant that they could keep their cold drinks nice and cold, as they should be, and also prepare a quick warm snack.

Many guests clearly felt that the standard rooms were a bit small. They felt that the size let an otherwise decent room down. With two people and their luggage occupying the room, it was said to be uncomfortably crowded, resulting in some frayed nerves.

Several guests reported being able to hear sounds from adjacent rooms, even simple ones like people talking and TV’s playing at normal volume. It made the quality of their sleep dependent on the good manners of their immediate neighbors.

An uncomfortable number of guests reported finding several cleanliness issues with their rooms. The problems were varied, a common one being others hair in the bathroom on check-in. Many felt that their rooms had not been properly cleaned.
