This hotel is located on Interstate Highway 59 and is accessible from Interstate Highway 10. It's also quite close to the airport. In addition to the local attractions nearby, the hotel is close to Gulf Shores Public Beach, Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo and the Tangier Outlet Mall, all within 10 miles of the property. There are plentiful eating options nearby. The hotel is relatively easy to find too.

The staff in this hotel is very good, friendly and helpful with a good customer service attitude. This has been repeatedly mentioned in several guest reviews by those who have stayed here.

The breakfast consists of four kinds of cereal (hot and cold), several kinds of bagels and muffins, fruit, yogurt and waffles. There is a good enough choice and it's the kind of filling breakfast that sets a person up for the day and fills the stomach satisfactorily.

There is a free Wi-Fi and wired Internet connection. However, some guests have found the Wi-Fi to be a little slow, especially when the hotel is somewhat crowded.

A guest recently reported problems with the Check-in process and was erroneously directed towards a room that was already occupied. In fairness, it transpires that there was a glitch in the computer system that day, owing to an electrical fault.

Some of the guests mentioned that the bathrooms in the hotel needed upgrading, especially owing to the fact that the water pressure was very poor in the showers. The hotel has undertaken to upgrade the bathrooms which need it.
