The friendly and helpful staff will do all they can to ensure that you have an enjoyable and hassle free stay here with some being mentioned by name for their hard work and constant willingness to please. They are also more than happy to give directions and recommend places to eat or things to do in the area.

The hotel is not far from the Interstate which makes getting to downtown Columbia quite easy and the large shopping centre Columbia Place is just minutes down the road where there are lots of different retail outlets and a number of restaurants. Within the immediate area surrounding the hotel there are also plenty of places to eat out.

Rooms are well-appointed with large flatscreen televisions along with microwaves and fridges so you can enjoy a snack in your room and there is also air conditioning.

There have been a number of reports from previous guests of roaches in rooms with some stating that they were crawling in and out of their belongings and even waking to find them on the bed and additionally some negative reviews have also mentioned bed bugs and guests being covered in bites.

The rooms are in desperate need of a clean with some guests stating that they were unable to remove their shoes as the carpet was so dirty and some also refused to use the bathtub or the shower because they were also far too dirty.

Despite the fact that some rooms are supposedly no smoking there is still a strong smell of smoke which is quite unpleasant for non-smokers and it even extends to the lobby area.
