The staff at this Microtel Inn location are extremely friendly. Guests reported being greeted warmly and professionally, with many noting that the check-in formalities are kept to a minimum here. For tired travelers - especially those arriving from long-haul journeys - this latter point was much appreciated.

Many also noted that the rates at this hotel are just a fraction of those of surrounding properties. Given its links to nearby attractions as well as its proximity to Chattanooga's Hamilton Place, many felt that this property represented excellent value for money.

Rooms here are simple, but many commented on the overall clean and tidy feel of their accommodation.

While the spick and span appearance of this hotel was highly commended, some felt that their individual rooms were rather petite. Additionally, there were also some comments here regarding housekeeping blips, with occasional reports of dirty rooms as well as grubby blankets and linens.

Some guests found the area in which this hotel is located to be rather dicey. Still, others were put-off by the presence of questionable clientele in the parking lot and around the entrance of the property.

Finally, a number of guests commented that the walls here are rather thin. Many reported that noise from adjoining rooms no matter how small - filtered through to their rooms. For some, this unfortunately had a very negative impact on their night rest and on the overall quality of their stay here.
