While the question of value for money was not often raised, many guests did say that the room rates here were particularly low. They felt that it was one of the cheapest places in the area to get a roof over their heads.

Guests really liked being located right by the interstate. They simply found it really convenient since the hotel was easy to find as soon as the exited the highway and it was easy to get back on the highway when it came to moving on.

Most guests were completely satisfied with the cleanliness of their rooms, saying that they were perfectly clean when they checked in.

A worrying number of guests complained that they had run-ins with various reception staff members. Guests felt that they had limited customer service skills and were abrupt and even rude in the way they dealt with their guests.

It was very difficult to find a positive word written about the free continental breakfast the hotel offers. An extraordinary number of guests reported that foods that should have been hot were cold and that there simply wasn’t enough variety to generate any enthusiasm.

Many guest got the distinct impression that the staff were not very interested in maintaining the property. They said it looked as if they did the bare minimum to keep it neat clean and in good repair, if that. The property was said to be unloved.
