Guests really appreciated being so close to the highways. They are, of course the very lifeblood of the Twin Cities area, and guests found it very convenient to be able to access them without first having to negotiate a web of busy city streets.

Due to the reasonable proximity to Minneapolis – Saint Paul Airport, many guests were using the hotel for a quick layover. They were disappointed to discover that no shuttle is offered, forcing them to either hire a car or pay for a taxi.

It was near impossible to find a good word written about the breakfast. Like many other hotels in its category, this one provides a complimentary continental breakfast. Guests believed that they may as well not have bothered, since many found the selection so limited they would rather have breakfast elsewhere.

A number of guests did not like the mirrors used as part of the interior design. They were placed where a headboard would usually be, as well as in some other places, perhaps as a way of trying to give the room a sense of space, but most guests did not like the effect.
