Guests really appreciated the fact that there were so many restaurants nearby. They reported that there were an incredible number of fast food and other restaurants nearby, and that they didn’t feel they had to travel far for a quick bite to eat.

Guests really only had good things to say about the hotel’s staff. The reception staff were especially highly praised, with guests saying that they extended a warm welcome on arrival and were very helpful when it came to offering local information and recommendations.

A great many guests said they really liked the location just off I-24. It seemed this was the reason many guests booked here. They found it incredibly convenient when arriving or leaving by car.

An astonishing number of guests mentioned cleanliness issues with their room. The actual problems varied, but were often quite severe. Stained and dirty pillows were a very common complaint. Guests felt that reasonable cleanliness standards were not being properly applied.

Guests really did not think much of the complimentary breakfast that was on offer. Guest after guest said that it simply didn’t have a wide enough range of foods available for them to be able to construct a breakfast they really enjoyed. The lack of fruit and any sort of protein based foods were often cited problems.

Guests certainly missed having these two available, as they had no practical way to keep their cold beverages cold and heat up a quick snack before the big game.
