Negative Reviews
negative:
In need of a little love
Several guests have noted problems with the facilities. Issues include stained carpets and linens, loud bathroom fans, broken lighting fixtures, older beds, and dingy bathrooms. As such, guests felt the hotel was in need of a renovation.
negative:
Not enough soundproofing
Several guests have been concerned with the lack of soundproofing at the hotel. The thin walls weren't effective at blocking out racket such as talking in the adjacent rooms, guests coming and going in the hallways, and the traffic from the nearby Interstate.
negative:
Older window units
Several guests have mentioned that the heating and air conditioning are older and have a few problems. Between noisy electronics, ineffective climate controls, and the occasional leaky unit, many visitors thought the Microtel Inn and Suites by Wyndham Madison East could use to replace them.
