Location, location, location.
Guests rave about the Old Town location, which offers plenty of very nice restaurants, shops, and amenities. Many describe the hotel as the perfect base for exploring the city, as the market and so many of the city's museums and historical sites are just a few steps away, with the opera house and the Wroclaw Zoo also nearby. The hotel is also very well connected by railway, tram, and bus.

Clean, spacious rooms.
Guests love the nicely furnished, modern rooms and in particular the beds, which are consistently described as "comfortable" and "cosy." Many offer a lovely view of a cathedral. Guests in the Privilege Rooms appreciate their extra touches, such as the Nespresso machine and bathrobes. negative:
Not cool...
Several guests who stayed in warmer months did not find the air conditioning up to its task, noting that the system is operated with a room key so those who had only one key had to return to a warm room after a day of sightseeing. Also, several guests noted that they could not open the windows.
negative:
The most important meal of the day...
While most guests enjoyed the breakfast buffet, a few found it overpriced given the many other nearby options.
negative:
Technical difficulties...
While most guests appreciate the free Wi-Fi, some had trouble connecting to the service. Others found it was too slow or unreliable for their purposes.
