Pets are welcome.
It’s wonderful that pets are allowed at Mercure Bordeaux Château Chartrons, especially if you like to travel with your favourite canine companion. Your dog will love it too, because Bordeaux is such a dog-friendly place and there are so many great walks to be had just outside your door and your furry friend can even accompany you to the hotel’s Bar.

An energetic, multilingual staff welcomes you at check-in and is there for you for the duration of your stay. They are happy to accommodate most any request and point you in the direction of great places to dine and popular local sights.

This is a non-smoking hotel.
This is a non-smoking property which is great if you don’t imbibe and like your accommodations smelling fresh rather than like stale, second-hand smoke.
Negative Reviews
negative:
This hotel isn’t centrally located.
Mercure Bordeaux Château Chartrons is not centrally located. Although there are some popular sights and good restaurants located nearby, it’s a 15-20 minute walk to the center of the city where you’ll find the high-end shops, bars, restaurants and plenty of nightlife.
negative:
Things can get noisy.
If you are looking for a good night’s sleep, be sure to request a room that doesn’t overlook the bar and restaurant where the noise levels can get quite high. This is especially the case on weekends when weddings or other special events are being held and the revelry can go on into the wee hours of the morning.
negative:
Breakfast is pricey.
Breakfast is not included in your stay and can be quite pricey. Luckily, there are some great places in the neighborhood where you can get a delicious, reasonably priced meal, no matter the time of day.
