City Central
This hotel is ideally located for first time and repeat visitors to Florence. It is at the heart of the city, surrounded by amazing dining, great bars, fantastic shopping, and thriving nightlife. Most major sights can be reached on foot, but public transportation is readily available as well. The hotel is also not far from the major railway station.

Worth the View
Don't forget to check out the rooftop terrace, which boasts beautiful views over the city. Guests say the terrace is a perfect spot to relax on with a morning coffee or an evening drink. From there, you can even see the Duomo and the Bell Tower. If you enjoy having a view from the privacy of your own place, you can also request a room on the sixth floor.
positive:
Simply Satisfying
Overall, guests describe the rooms as simple, but clean and comfortable. The mattresses are comfortable, and the décor has a sort of vintage charm. Some of the rooms are located offsite in a neighbouring building, and these rooms also boast air conditioning.

negative:
Missing Modernism
The simple rooms do lack many modern amenities. There is no Wi-Fi in the rooms, only in the ground floor reception area, though guests say some first-floor rooms can still get a connexion from their rooms. In addition, there are no TVs, and no air conditioning in most rooms.
negative:
Boring Breakfast
Most guests found the complimentary breakfast as boring and poor in selection. The layout offers a limited number of options, and most items are very carb-heavy.

Ready for Renovations
Many rooms are in need or renovation and a makeover. The hotel and the rooms look old and outdated.
