Hotel MCM Eleganté (Dallas, USA)

Guests say that the MCM Eleganté is in a convenient location in Dallas with free shuttle provided to and from the airport as well as to the nearby train station. The hotel has quick access to Interstate 35E and guests said that it was easy to get around DFW. Guests enjoyed the many restaurants surrounding the hotel and a movie theater close by.

Guests said that the rooms at the hotel are nicely appointed with comfortable beds and large desk areas. They appreciated the large counter running the length of the bathroom providing ample storage space. They said that the fridge and microwave in the rooms were a big plus.

Guests said that the hotel has the earliest and latest shuttle service to the airport. The shuttle drivers were spoken about highly by guests who say they are nice, helpful and cordial. They make sure guests reached the airport in good time and even direct them on the correct gates they should enter.

Guests said that the Wi-Fi connection of the hotel was not secure and the speed was too slow. Guests who are traveling on work and depend on the Internet find this hugely inconvenient.

Many guests pointed out that the shower curtains were of cloth with not even a liner. So using a shower meant getting the curtain all soaked up and water all over the bathroom floor leaving it wet.

Several guests said that the laundry room was slippery and wet and had only two dryers and two washers, so guests had a long wait. Many guests said that though the pool area of the hotel was incredibly attractive it was negated by the indifferent and unfriendly pool attendant.
