Aside from the overall high-class quality of the rooms, guests are extremely impressed with the large, comfortable, and fully-equipped rooms which are also perfect for people with disabilities. Moreover, each room offers unique wheelchair access.

Most guests are satisfied with the perfect location of the hotel. It is near to various major establishments such as fine restaurants, shops, coffee shops, pizza parlors, and most especially the ferry terminal going to Seattle.

Secured underground parking garage
Best Western Bainbridge Island Suites' guests appreciated the highly secured parking garage that can easily be accessed by normal guests and even handicapped individuals from the underground. It is located at the lower level with gates and security personnel. Furthermore, the parking area can only be accessed using the room key.

Unsatisfying breakfast experience
Guests were quite upset with the quality of the breakfast served. The choices were limited and similar food was served frequently from day to day. The tables were also uncomfortable for some guests especially those who have mobility impairments.

Poor performance of air conditioning system
Some of the minor issues encountered by guests were the lack of enough air conditioning system and inconsistent temperature inside the rooms. Guests also mentioned that some suites were quite warm despite presence of an air conditioning system due to the poor circulation and room size.

Noisy hotel environment
Most guests were little disappointed with the loud traffic and car noise outside of the streets, as well as the fire alarms, which went on and off for a few times especially during the wee hours. As a result, some guests were not able to sleep properly. Therefore, guests are advised to wear earplugs.
