The front desk staff have received many rave reviews for their personable and professional customer service, with guests often noting that they are happy to provide directions, recommend restaurants, and accommodate special requests. Guests are particularly grateful to receive prompt, attentive service even when the hotel seems to be fully booked and busy.

Most guests enjoy a great night's sleep in the comfortable beds, and often remark that the hotel is very quiet at night. The breakfast buffet gets consistently high marks, as guests appreciate its wide variety of hot and cold options, including smoothies, omelets made to order, biscuits and gravy, bread pudding, smoked salmon, waffles, fresh fruit, and much more. The Starbucks in the lobby is also well appreciated.

Drivers appreciate that the hotel is easy to access from the Interstate, and that there is plenty of free parking available. The latter is a great plus, as guests generally need a car to access area restaurants, shops, or attractions.

Guests often comment that the bathrooms are small in relation to the 'roomy' bedroom and living area, a challenge for travelers with small children.

Several guests have noted that the hotel often plays host to sports teams, and unfortunately, they seem to be the source of some noise issues. It seems the hotel also struggles to maintain the pool when there are a particularly high number of younger guests, as some guests opted out of a swim due to 'murky' water and/or untidy deck area.
