Guests often remarked that the service they received from the staff here was one of the best overall things about their stays. Specifically, guests said they were made to feel welcome, and that the staff members worked hard to resolve issues as soon as possible.

Guests liked how they were able to get to some of the points of interest in the downtown district on foot. Furthermore, the train station is also close enough to reach without having a car, which could be convenient if you're traveling that way.

There were numerous comments about the spectacular views from the room. Some guests even posted pictures with their reviews to demonstrate how it's possible to see both the mountains and water from some rooms, especially those on the upper level.

Guests warned that this hotel is commonly depended on by guests who are traveling on cruise ships. They said those guests sometimes use the lobby for long periods of time while they wait for tour buses or other exterior services. This sometimes causes the hotel's public areas to seem chaotic.
