Negative Reviews
negative:
Bathrooms in need of updating
The bed and breakfast has not yet upgraded all of its en-suite bathrooms. Guests who had an older bathrooms think this is due, with the fixtures in one bathroom not matching the décor, for example. There is also no mixer on the showers, which makes getting the right temperature tricky.
negative:
Communal breakfast at a set time
Breakfast is served at a fixed time on a morning which is late for early risers. Breakfast is also served around large tables which does not appeal to some who, while not wanting to seem rude, may prefer not to be sat with strangers.
negative:
Older kids only
It is worth noting that the hotel do not allow guests with children under the age of nine to stay here. If you have young kids and are looking for a hotel, strike this one off your list of potentials.
