Hotel Mansion (Amsterdam, Netherlands)

The apartments are extremely well maintained and spotless. The rooms are very clean and the beds are comfortable and very comfortable. Majority of guests felt that the kitchenettes were well equipped and roomy enough to make self-catering during your stay a rather pleasurable experience.

The hotel is located just a short walking distance from a number of facilities. It's proximity to the city centre makes travelling easy and guests can find plenty of eateries, restaurants and bars in the area. There are a number of supermarkets in the area and this makes shopping quite convenient.

The staff members are very courteous when interacting with guests. Most guests felt that the reception members are very warm and insightful when it came to recommending attractions, restaurants and pubs nearby that they thought might be of interest.

A number of guests thought their rooms had very poor soundproofing. The walls are quite thin and it's very easy to hear what's going on next door.

Quite a few guests were dissatisfied with their room's lighting. Those affected found their rooms to be dark even during the day as they did not receive much natural light and this created the perception of a gloomy interior.

A number of guests were of the opinion that the food items served were greatly overpriced. They felt that the value of the food did not match the prices shown on the menu especially if you take into account that this is supposed to be a budget hotel.
