Many guests were very happy about the hotel's location. Those that had cars had no trouble getting into the city centre, and from there, they were able to access all sorts of sporting activities in both summer and winter. However, those without a car had to walk a bit, and warned others.

Many satisfied guests mentioned value as a particularly bright spot of their stay. They were surprised to find their apartments nicer and newer than they expected upon arrival. In addition, several commented that the apartments were much bigger than they had hoped for.

Several disappointed guests were disheartened to find dirty or smelly rooms awaiting their arrival. They were not able to relax while at home due to the poor hygienic conditions.
