The suites at the hotel have been found to be exceptionally clean and comfortable, featuring all the amenities required for a pleasant stay. The spacious, soundproofed and luxurious suites with beautiful lounges overlooking the port provided tranquillity to the guests leaving them extremely relaxed.

The guests found the staff at the hotel to be amazingly helpful, friendly and courteous. All the staff members were not only attentive to the needs of the guests but also took great care of them. Moreover, the staff spoke good English making it easy for the guests to interact with them.

The location of the hotel has been highly appreciated by the guests due to its existence right on the harbour. Moreover, the hotel is surrounded by numerous restaurants and bars allowing the guests to enjoy and entertain themselves by indulging in drinking, dining and dancing throughout their stay.

The cost of the breakfast has been found to be very high at the hotel. Even the stuff at the minibar in the rooms was quite expensive. The unnecessarily high prices for food and drinks left the guests little disappointed.

There were instances when the guests faced a major parking hassle as the hotel does not have its own parking area and the public car park near the hotel was closed for an event.

Guests complained that they could constantly hear the disturbing noise from the street outside especially, early morning as a result they could not sleep properly. Furthermore, the dearth of tissues in some of the bathrooms left the guests annoyed.
