Hotel Magnuson Waco (Waco, USA)

The hotel’s rooms and facilities are immaculate and well appointed. The rooms are large, clean and smartly furnished. Hygiene is highly maintained throughout the hotel is of a very high standard. The well air conditioned business center was a favorite to many guests on a business trip.

Every guest seemed to enjoy their meals at the hotel. The food was well prepared, presented, delicious and in abundant.  Guests on special diets were well catered for. The dining area is also large enough to accomodate many guests.

Guests who stayed at the hotel were quick to mention the positive experience they had. This was mainly because of the ever smiling and friendly and responsive staff. They were so professional and efficient when handling guests concerns. The staff always takes pride in their work and were always willing to lend a hand when needed.

As the hotel is located near the freeway, noise levels can at times get pretty high due to the constant flow of traffic. Rooms facing the freeway are a bit disadvantaged due to the high levels of traffic noise they experience.

A number of guests have raised their concerns regarding the limited parking spaces available at the parking lot. When the hotel is busy, parking spaces quickly run out and guests find it hard to park in the cramped conditions.

First time guests had trouble making their way to the hotel. Many thought that it would have been much easier if they had been given specific instructions on where the building is prior to booking.
