Rushmore, with a drive of only a few miles needed to get there and a few people mentioning they even had nice views of it from the hotel. Travelodge Mt. Rushmore/Keystone was reportedly rather dated throughout, according to some guest reviews, with the decor said to be old and furnishings looking worse for wear. For this reason — and the fact that the pool was unusable — some of those who stayed said it was a bit expensive for that they got out of it.

The breakfasts here were said to have a poor selection of fare on offer, with only simple food like muffins and other carbs available, and definitely no hot options. Furthermore, the Wi-Fi connection available here was thought to be of a low standard.
