You might want to make sure the pools are open before you visit, if swimming is important to you. There have been some comments about all the pools being closed down upon arrival.

You might want to be prepared and bring your own supplies, such as toilet paper. Call in advance to check. Units may not always be stocked with the goods one would expect.

Some people said staff members were not as helpful as they could have been, for example, they weren't informed of delays or room issues prior to arrival. Issues cited included rooms not being cleaned properly or delays because of rooms having to be cleaned, as well as staff members providing wrong information or not knowing enough information about units rented. Guests also were not able to receive refunds if something went wrong or they had to leave early.
