When you walk into this hotel, you are greeted with a smile, and you will notice the smiling staff throughout your stay. They are courteous, friendly, and all around delightful. They are willing to help with whatever you need and are a great source of knowledge for getting around the city and for recommending things to see and do.

This is a great location for accessing all that you want to see in New Orleans. It's two short blocks away from the French Quarter, near the Superdome, WWII Museum, the aquarium, RiverWalk, Audubon Park, and the Garden District. There are plenty of buses and street cards nearby in case you don't wish to walk.

Rooms at this hotel are clean, comfortable, and modern, with a mini-fridge and a Keurig coffee maker in the room.

Guests report that this hotel can be a bit noisy, as there is a nightclub nearby. Walls are thin, so you can also hear the comings and goings of your neighbors, especially if they are not quiet themselves. You may want to pack earplugs.

Rooms are on the smaller side, with minimal outlets available for charging. The bathrooms also have a half shower door, so if you're not careful, you can end up with water all over your bathroom floor.

Guests report that the air conditioning system needs improvement. Rooms feel too warm with the units not adequately cooling the space, yet teh outside hallways feel extremely cold.
