The hotel's personnel has a high level of professionalism and pay special attention to detail. Their eagerness to help out and attend to guests’ needs was very praiseworthy. There is smooth communication between guests and the staff as they are fluent in various languages including Spanish and English.
Most guests seemed to love the hotel’s outdoor pool and its surroundings. The pool itself was beautiful, nice, very clean and well maintained. It offered guests a perfect place to relax and unwind.
Guests were really contented by the variety of food offered at the hotel’s restaurant. Both local and international dishes were well prepared and presented. Items that ran out were restocked quickly. This was very much welcomed especially in the mornings as the breakfast buffet was a guest favourite.
Those with rooms near pool were quite frustrated that they couldn’t get a quiet time because of loud music from the bar. The pool area was open till late night hours. At times a lot of partying was going on. Noise from unsupervised children was also a constant annoyance.
Guests were disappointed that they could not use the Wi-Fi freely in rooms and other public areas. The speeds were pretty slow and unfit for heavy web usage. Most felt that it needed to be improved in order for them to enjoy the service.
Guests who have rooms on the lower floors have complained of swarms of mosquitoes taking up residence in their rooms. Sitting on the balcony is impossible at night without having the mosquitoes drive you off.
