Positive Reviews
positive:
Delicious French restaurant right on-site
Not only will you have the convenience of an on-site restaurant, but this particular one has been rated as one of the best gourmet restaurants in Perpignan. Locals will even travel outside of the city centre just to eat there which solves the question of "where do the locals like to eat?"
positive:
Great value for money
Previous guests were very pleased with their accommodations and found that the rooms were clean and comfortable, the restaurant was delicious and convenient, and the pool area was a perfect place to relax and enjoy the Catalan sun. What more could you want?
positive:
Close to the highway with on-site parking
If you will be traveling around Southern France, this hotel is an excellent place to stop for a break as it is close to the highway and has private parking, which is one of the rare luxuries while traveling in France.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Location is a bit industrial
The area around the hotel is rather industrial with car dealerships and supply stores that do not offer the same charms as the centre of Perpignan.

You will need a car to visit
While the hotel does provide many on-site perks, if you would like to venture off of the property then you will need a vehicle as it is over an hour's walk to the heart of historical Perpignan. Also, the added bonus of a vehicle can make it easier for you to access the various beaches nearby.
negative:
The beds are a bit hard
Some guests have mentioned that they found the beds to be a bit on the harder side. While some guests may prefer this, others were missing a more comfortable bed while on their holiday.
