Some guests found their bed to be very uncomfortable to sleep on. The bed’s springs could be felt, mattress seemed empty and some guests woke up with pain the next morning. Those guests recommend there be a replacement of mattresses because they were not able to sleep.

The hotel does not have an elevator and for people with disabilities it is not a place to stay in. People with heavy luggage found it difficult to take these upstairs, especially after a long trip to arrive there.
