A number of previous visitors to the hotel commented that the rooms were very nicely presented and spotlessly clean. Guests also liked that each of the rooms had air conditioning which helped to cool them down after being out and about in Thailand's tropical heat.

For a number of visitors the pools at the hotel complex were the highlight. Guests commented that they liked that there was a range of pools to choose from, some even complete with their own waterfalls, decking and sun lounges.

Staff at the hotel were spoken about positively by those guests who left reviews. It seems that the staff here are willing to go above and beyond their duties to make sure that guests have a great time. Guests also said that they like the price of the hotel which was great value when compared to similar hotel in the area.

Guests who wanted a traditional English or American breakfast were a little disappointed in the choice that was offered by the hotel, which was largely local cuisine. Guests said that they did not like the breakfast as it did not satisfy their western taste.

A number of guests warned future visitors to the hotel that they would need a car or to arrange so form of transport to get around to the local sites. Pattaya is about 15 minutes by car from the hotel which is on the outskirts of town.

Guests said that although the Wi-Fi was free the fact the signal was weak and unreliable was a source of frustration, especially those travelling with teenage children who rely on social media for entertainment.
