Guests really liked the location in the historic Baixa district dotted with beautiful period architecture. It was also conveniently just five minutes' walk to Lisbon Cathedral or the riverside and close to metro and tram stops. For dining out or eating in, there were many cafes, restaurants and convenience stores nearby.

Most reviewers liked the relaxed vibe that comes with staying in serviced apartments. Many described it as feeling like a home from home. There was praise for the stylish, fresh and bright design of the apartments with their popular modern walk-in showers and traditional features like high ceilings and typical Portuguese tiling details. Guests often said the apartments were clean and spacious, but the studio apartment sleeping up to two people was a bit cramped according to some reviewers. Beds were reportedly comfortable, although some were dissatisfied with two single beds being pushed together to make a king-size bed.

Reception was only open during working hours, but reviewers said staff were polite and helpful nonetheless. The self check-in machine generally worked well for those arriving or leaving out of hours, but some reviewers had trouble with certain payment cards not being detected.
