Decor not to everyone's taste
It appears that not all rooms are renovated or decorated in a modern style, as some guests commented that the decor in their rooms was old and dated. Other guests experienced their rooms to be uninviting, describing them as minimalist in design and lacking warmth.
negative:
Unreliable Wi-Fi connection
While free Wi-Fi is provided, some guests found the connection to be slow and at times difficult to connect to.
negative:
Limited elevator service
The elevator does not service all the floors, and some guests who were booked on the upper levels were frustrated at having to carry their luggage up the stairs with no assistance.
