About Les Manoirs By Rendez-Vous Mont-Tremblant
Situated in a terrific spot midway between the ski lifts and the charming town of Mont-Tremblant, Tremblant Sunstar offers very spacious self catering condos suitable for both winter and summer stays.
The accommodation consists of semi-detached condos having from two to four bedrooms. They are very well equipped with full kitchens, separate bedrooms and even wood burning fireplaces, perfect for that romantic winter evening.
The complex is located near the La Bete Golf Course, which even non-golfers can use as a wonderful walking trail. Reception is open 24 hours and summer visitors can make use of the BBQ grills onsite as well as an outdoor pool.
There are no dining facilities onsite, but those not self catering can ask reception for some great local restaurant recommendations. They will be happy to help.
The ski lifts taking you up the mountain, open in both summer and winter, are only 2.2 miles north of Tremblant Sunstar.
Positive Reviews
positive:
Very tranquil location
This was perhaps what most impressed guests during their stay. The word ‘tranquil” came up a great deal, with guests loving the location of their condo in a quiet spot among the pine trees - with the sounds of nature around them rather than civilisation.
positive:
Spacious and well equipped condos
Guest after guest expressed their amazement with how spacious the condos were. They certainly didn’t feel boxed in, with more than enough space for the total number of guests allowed to occupy a unit. They also felt that the condos were very well-equipped, especially the kitchens.
positive:
Very helpful staff
Guests were generally impressed with the complex’s staff. The cleaners were said to do a great job, and the reception and other staff were described as being very much on top of all the small things that had to be seen to to ensure a good stay.
Negative Reviews
negative:
No courtesy items
Guests mentioned that the condos contained no courtesy items, either in the bathrooms or in the kitchen. They would certainly have appreciated a small supply of basic items like salt, pepper and a few toiletries to get them started.
negative:
Décor a bit dated
A number of guests commented that the décor in the condos was starting to show its age. They seemed to feel it was more worn and threadbare than historical and charming and believed it could do with an update.
negative:
A bit remote for some
Some guests did find the location a bit remote, saying it was some drive to get to the ski slopes at Mont-Tremblant, the target destination for many winter visitors. Also mentioned was that check in was not at the condos, but some miles away at the office.
