Guests were pleased because rates in this property were cheap and perfect for those travelling on a budget. The rooms were generally spacious, clean, and comfortable with a nice breakfast.

This accommodation is ideal for those who want to be near establishments to visit in Manila according to previous guests. There are many places to eat nearby and very convenient for public transportation. The LRT train station is just a minute walk away, while “jeepney” and buses are also very near. Robinson's Mall, Baywalk, and Rizal Park are also a few minutes away.

Most guests praised the helpful staff. Front desk personnel were friendly and check-in was quick. They never get tired of assisting guests whenever they need them to. Moreover, every member of the staff was helpful in giving information as to where to go, how to get there, and what to do.

Management was requiring guests to give security deposit, and this was their standard operating procedure even for rooms that was already paid. Although security deposits will be returned upon check-out, previous guests said this was a hassle especially to those who do not carry cash.

Guests were awfully shocked because this property is a five-floor building that had no lift! Guests had to go up the five flights of stairs when going to their rooms.

The balcony inside the rooms is barely usable according to most guests, as it is only wide enough to fit one chair. Also, it is not well maintained and the water from the air conditioner is dripping in this area. This area is really only for smokers who want to peep outside and have cigarette.
