Guests who were here either for business or pleasure purposes said that the location was ideal when it came to accessing the city's attractions and landmarks. Many were pleased to find plenty of shops, museum and galleries only a short walk away from the hotel whilst those keen to sample the local bars and restaurants also found it convenient having all the local amenities on their doorstep.

The rooms have been described as having a pleasant modern decor featuring quality pieces of furniture and upholstery. Guests said that their rooms felt spacious and comfortable and appreciated the large wardrobes which allowed them to neatly stow away all their belongings.

The on-site bar and lounge proved very popular with many guests who said that the area was nicely decorated and had a lively atmosphere. The bar was said to be well-stocked whilst the staff were described as friendly and attentive. If you like the idea of having somewhere pleasant and comfortable to relax and socialize then you certainly won't be disappointed.

Guests whose rooms were located at the back of the building and overlooking the internal courtyard said that their views were of a brick wall and due to that fact their rooms felt rather dark and enclosed.

Some remarked that the housekeeping staff did not service their rooms on a daily basis and that they also objected to the fact that the supplies in their rooms were not regularly replenished.

Those who visited the on-site fitness center said that the facility was rather small and cramped and also objected to the poor range of equipment which was said to be quite dated and in need of updating.
