Hotel Le Jardin Villas Seminyak (Seminyak, Indonesia)

Pretty much all the guests who tried out the in-villa dining service were very impressed indeed. While all meals were said to be good, breakfast was especially highly praised. It seems guests really enjoyed the pampering and luxury that the whole experience entailed.

It didn't seem to matter what role they played, guests had only good things to say about the complex's staff. From the receptionists to the drivers, all were said to be extremely customer focussed and attentive and provided the sort of service usually only seen at the very best places.

Though it wasn't described as being extensive, guests really seemed to appreciate the onsite spa, saying they received some excellent treatments there at a reasonable price.

A number of guests identified minor maintenance issues that had not been addressed in their villas, saying that they were so easy to fix they really should have been

Perhaps it should come as no surprise, on account the tropical nature of the surroundings, but there were quite a number of guests who had some issues with insects and bugs of various sorts. Mosquitoes were said to be a particular problem, but guests also complained about ants in their villas and other bugs as well. The feeling seemed to be that the management should have done more to try to prevent other living things from entering the villas.

Far too many guests for comfort had issues with the Wi-Fi during their stay. Since the problem was typically that there was no service at all, those with an urgent need for connectivity may need to rely on their phone's data roaming abilities.
