Location couldn't be better
Of course it had to be the location that most impressed guests about the hotel. It is in the very heart of Old Quebec, which was after all what guests had cone to see. Many mentioned that, after parking their car, they could really simply walk to most of the attractions they wanted to visit.
positive:
Delicious breakfast
Guests were pretty impressed with the breakfast. While they describe it as nothing fancy, it seems that it was tasty and had just enough variety that most guests could find something they really liked.
positive:
Remarkably quiet
Guests were clearly very surprised to be reporting that the area the hotel was in was exceptionally quiet. Considering the fantastic central position they had perhaps been expecting a bit of street noise, but were happy to report that all was peaceful and quiet.

Some issues with the parking
Not all guests were happy with the parking situation. They reported that there was no onsite parking, but instead an underground garage some distance from the hotel. Guests didn't like the inconvenience of having to walk between the two locations and also felt that the daily rate was a bit steep
negative:
Some rooms very small
Going by the reviews, it seems that the rooms do vary quite a bit in size, with at least a few being exceptionally small. Guests' allocated one of the smaller rooms were unhappy, saying that they really didn't have enough space to relax in comfort. The bathrooms in these rooms were said to be especially tiny.
negative:
A bit pricey
Though guests didn't directly address the question of value for money, quite a few did say the thought the room rates were a bit in the high side.
