We offer you a newly renovated 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo in a family-friendly complex located just across the street from the beach with private beach access. Condo sleeps 6, with a queen bed in the master, a full and twin bunk set and separate twin bed in the second bedroom. Fully furnished kitchen and washer/dryer combo for your convience. The balcony overlooks the 2 pools, one for families and one for adults-only. Complex is located within walking distance to many restaurants, nightlife, shopping and the \'Hang Out\' where music festivals occur throughout the year. This condo is located within walking distance to many of the beach attractions, restaurants and shopping. Come on down and enjoy the sun, surf, seafood and family fun at our condo in Gulf Shores! \r\n\r\n*NOTE FOR LATE 2017: Please be aware there is exterior repair work occurring on the Lani Kai Village Condo Complex buildings during the fall of 2017. This maintenance work usually takes place between 8am and 4pm, but depending on the weather conditions could begin earlier, or extend later. You may experience hammering and drilling on exterior walls of the buildings. We apologize for any inconvenience.
