Hotel Lancaster House (Bogotá, Colombia)

A remarkable number of guests mentioned that they found their rooms to be much bigger than they expected. It was definitively a pleasant surprise, with guests enjoying the luxury of all that extra space.

The overwhelming majority of guests thought that the breakfast served at the hotel was very good indeed. It was said to offer a wide variety of tasty and well presented foods, so that most could find something they liked.

Most guests were not only happy with the service they received from the front desk staff, but felt that it was delivered with a great friendly and cheerful attitude that couldn't help but lift one's own spirits.

Guests staying in rooms facing the street did not seem very happy at all. They mentioned that the rooms were not very well soundproofed and that the traffic outside was something to behold. It seems it was always busy down their with a lot of noise generated as a result.

A number of guests were surprise to find that the hotel was a great distance from downtown Bogota. With the notoriously crazy traffic in the city, it seemed to take forever to get there, leading guests to conclude that the hotel was not really suitable for those whose main business was in the city centre.

Quite a number of guests reported that they did not find the beds to be very comfortable at all. The main complaint seemed to be that the mattresses were much too firm for their liking.
