A big pull for this hotel is it's proximity to the beach. Some guests wont be deterred by the fact that it lies across a road from the beach. The road is a busy one at certain times of the day, but is still easily navigated, and guests aren't in any danger if they adhere to road crossing rules. .

New owners don't know regulars.
Regular returning guests are not known to the new owners, and as such will most likely not get their usual discount that they're used to. With new owners, guests will have to build up new relationships. .

Another new feature that arrived with the new owners, is the additional cleaning fee that has been added to guests bills. This new fee might be seen as an extra added on to the room rate to inflate the price, but in fact is put in place with the new cleaning system. .
