Beautiful 3 bedroom home located directly on the shore of Canadarago Lake just a short fifteen minute drive to downtown Cooperstown. \n\nThe master suite overlooking the lake has a queen bed, adjoining master bath with shower and jacuzzi tub, and direct access via patio doors to the second floor deck which overlooks the lake. The second bedroom also overlooks the lake is furnished with a queen bed, has an adjoining bathroom, and direct access to the deck also. The third bedroom is furnished with a double bed, and a single bed which also has a trundle which slides out from underneath. Located in a loft area is a pull out couch which has a queen size bed. Home also has a game room with fooseball table, basketball game, and an elliptical. Home is equipped with a washer, dryer, and dishwasher.\n\nThere is a fire pit located near the 100 feet of private shoreline, a private dock, and 2 kayaks for your enjoyment.
