Guests state that the breakfast service at this hotel is excellent. The Red Bean Restaurant serves guests a variety of food to satisfy all cravings. Guests were very happy with the breakfast and restaurant service during their stay at this hotel.

Guests mention that the beds at this hotel are very comfortable and that they were always able to get a good night's sleep. They were very satisfied with the in-room amenities as well.

Guests state that the spa is a bit too small with only two cramped rooms. They did not like the fact that after you have a spa treatment you have to pass through reception to have a bath or shower.  It is also expensive compared to other hotel's services.

Guests mention that the laundry service is very expensive. Guests were disappointed to discover this when they arrived and had to freshen their clothes up after long travels.

Guests state that the location can be a bit noisy at times due to being situated in the middle of the Old Quarter. They could hear motorbikes, regular traffic, and people on the streets at all times. The hotel would be better off if it has some more soundproofing.
