La Residenza is a 3-star hotel which has been completely renovated - modern with heating and air-conditioning. It is situatued in Viale D’Annunzio, in the heart of Riccione, twenty metres from the sea, next door to the little harbour and a short walk from the famous Viale Ceccarini; the trendiest street on the Riviera, with boutiques and fashionable bars, cafés and restaurants.
