The hotel has a much cheaper rate than others in the ara. Plus, the rooms are comfortable with many features and amenities. The staff is friendly and there is an indoor pool. For breakfast, the selections are varied and kept hot and stocked.

The hotel has several amenities for guests that are kept in functional, working order. The fitness area and laundry is convenient for those staying longer and the parking is free. The breakfast is more than is usually found at budget hotels.

The hotel is located just off the main interstate and is a short drive to many local tourist attractions, such as Elvis's Graceland. There are several touring companies nearby, as well as lots of restaurants and shops. Plus, the airport is a short drive with free shuttle service.

This area of town isn't the best and the hotel provides less than stellar service. While pleasant, they don't really enforce the rules and don't respond to requests from guests who want a quiet night. They'll thank you for the complaint, but won't resolve it.

While the hotel is supposed to be nonsmoking, there are heavy smoke smells throughout, including both cigarettes and marijuana. The carpets and hallways are dirty and give an unpleasant ambiance.

The hotel has a lot of maintenance issues that are not fixed when reported. The place is really rundown all over, with several fixtures in rooms simply broken and unusable. Complaining might get you moved to another room, which will have similar problems.
