While there were one or two exceptions, on the whole guests found the staff to be very friendly and helpful, even mentioning individual staff members by name and explaining how they went above and beyond the call of duty to assist.
Though it was just a simple continental breakfast, guests seemed to appreciate that it was available, since it meant that they didn't need to bother seeking out a restaurant in an unfamiliar city before getting on with their day.
Those bringing their pets along were clearly thrilled to find a property that not only allowed pets, but actively welcomed them and their owners. It was also mentioned there were grounds outside that were suitable to walk dogs.
Not all guests were happy with the pet-friendly policy. Some felt that many guests' dogs (and perhaps their owners) were badly behaved and caused all sorts of trouble, from soiling certain areas to barking incessantly.

Specifically, they felt that certain hours of the day should be reserved for adults only, so as to at least have some times were one could swim or relax in the hot tub without too much screaming and shouting.
While it seems most guests were happy with the Wi-Fi, a few did report that they had great difficulty connecting at times. Once connected, most had no problem with the connection speeds attained.
