The staff service here was thought to be one of the highlights of visiting, with guests mentioning that they encountered friendly, accommodating and polite team members throughout their stays.

Wingate by Wyndham Albany guests unanimously declared the beds to be very comfortable, and likewise, also mentioned that the rooms all had a good standard of cleanliness. On top of this, the price here was also thought to be good.

Guests also mentioned that they were happy with the hotel’s location, which is said to be located just a short walk away from restaurants, as well as a wide range of mall shopping options for those wanting to give their credit card a workout.

Despite the fact that some people found the breakfasts to be very tasty, and especially enjoyed items like the waffles, a few others instead said that they thought the service was a bit overwhelmed with guests or that the fare was occasionally found to be cold.

Although the hotel was found to be clean and tidy, Wingate by Wyndham Albany’s decor and furniture was considered to look a bit tired by a small number of those who stayed. On top of this, a few guests were disappointed to find that the whirlpool was occasionally closed for maintenance when they wanted to use it.
