    Guests frequently commented on the location of the hotel to be really nice as it gave them an easy access to the nearby restaurants and shopping areas. Moreover, the hotel is very close to the New Orleans airport.

    Awful rooms

    Lot of guests reported that the rooms of the hotel were very dull, muggy and poorly maintained. They added that the rooms smelled horribly and the walls were cracked moreover, there were dog hair everywhere. Some guests even complained of having bed bugs and cockroaches in their rooms. Bathrooms were filthy, shower did have water and the bathtub did not drain.

    Some guests commented that the heater was not working as a result, their room was very cold. Ice machine was broken so there was leakage which made the place really dirty. Elevators did not work properly and got stuck most of the times. The hotel was filthy and had trash everywhere. Few guests even reported that the staff was rude to them.

    Few guests reported that they saw dog poop in the parking lot which was an awful sight for them moreover, the place smelled terrible. They added, this kind of service and scenario is not expected by any of the hotels.
