Positive Reviews
positive:
Completely non-smoking property
A couple of guests mentioned being very pleased with the hotel's completely non-smoking policy. There were no reports of guests getting rooms that had previously been smoked in, and they seemed to have confidence that the hotel actually enforced the policy.
positive:
Rooms kept very clean
Whatever other small problems guests had with their rooms, their cleanliness certainly wasn't one of them. Guest after guest mentioned that their room was simply spotless on check. Housekeeping staff was also said to do a great job keeping everything in tip top shape during their stay as well.
positive:
Great location all round
Though some distance from downtown Milwaukee, this did not seem to bother any guest in the slightest, even those needing to travel there. The hotel was described as being close to the airport and right by the interstate, making traveling throughout the region very easy.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Not much choice at breakfast
A number of guests mentioned that the breakfast was a bit too basic for their taste. While it contained the absolute essentials, guests would have appreciated added hot items, especially animal proteins like bacon and sausages.
negative:
Lack of outlets
Tough not mentioned often, it was reported that the rooms did not have many unused electrical outlets. Considering how many electronic devices people have nowadays that need to be charged, it was felt the rooms needed at least a couple more.
negative:
Some airport and road noise
While guests said that it was not actually as bad as they expected, there was still some noise form the nearby airport and interstate. Light sleepers should perhaps bring earplugs.
